We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee warehouse, industrial, and tilt wall construction projects throughout the Phoenix market. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can manage projects from pre‑construction through closeout while maintaining strong control over safety, quality, budget, and schedule. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
What You Will Do
Manage warehouse, industrial, and tilt wall construction projects from early planning through final closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and all required project documentation Lead subcontractor procurement, coordination, and performance to ensure high‑quality, on‑time execution Partner closely with Superintendents and field teams to monitor site progress, safety, and quality Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and safety requirements Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues to minimize cost and schedule impacts Prepare and present project status updates to internal leadership and clients Maintain consistent communication with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and city officials Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and industry best practices What We Are Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience on warehouse, industrial, commercial, or tilt wall projects Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance Strong understanding of tilt wall construction methods, structural systems, and industrial building processes Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
