Responsibilities
Execution of a reliability‑based maintenance program to ensure optimum performance of Melt Shop equipment.
Develop and implement projects for continuous improvement.
Work rotating shifts to provide coverage for steel‑making equipment.
Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Associate's degree in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance, a related technical field, or 3 years of Industrial Mechanical Maintenance experience.
Industrial mechanical experience consisting of welding, fabrication, or millwright experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous heavy industrial maintenance or steel‑making experience.
