Basic Job Functions
Execution of a reliability-based maintenance program to ensure optimum performance of Melt Shop equipment.
Development and implementation of projects for continuous improvement.
Rotation of shifts to provide coverage for steel-making equipment.
Initiation, leadership, and uphold of safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Associate's degree in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance, a related technical field, or 3 years of Industrial Mechanical Maintenance experience.
Industrial mechanical experience consisting of welding, fabrication, or millwright experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous heavy industrial maintenance or steel-making experience.
