Work Shift First (Days)
Overview Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and control plant operations and maintenance functions necessary to maintain physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities, and grounds in a safe working condition. Administer labor and material controls, train personnel in safety and effective management practices, and contribute to goal accomplishment.
Responsibilities
Administer labor and material controls for maintenance operations.
Train maintenance personnel in safety and effective management practices.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance functions across plant operations.
Participate in goal achievement and effective work coordination.
Qualifications
Associate Level Degree.
Virginia (or North Carolina) Driver’s License in good standing.
Previous project management experience required.
Four (4) years of related experience.
Previous supervisory experience.
Healthcare experience preferred.
