The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machining, programming, and process improvement, with experience operating CNC milling machines and wire EDM. Responsibilities
Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Program CNC machines using Mastercam 24 and SolidWorks languages.
Use hand tools and machinery safely and effectively to complete tasks.
Inspect finished products using GD&T principles to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a 3‑axis CNC machinist in a job shop environment.
Proficiency in programming CNC machines.
Familiarity with tooling setups and ability to troubleshoot machining issues.
Knowledge of GD&T principles preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
Minimum 3 years experience as a CNC milling machinist (required).
Day shift availability (required).
