We are looking for experienced supers that can perform ground-up builds with site-work in the range of $2M - $10M.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and specifications.
Oversee daily operations on the construction site, coordinating activities among workers and subcontractors.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards, including OSHA regulations.
Review and understand construction estimates and budgets.
Maintain accurate project documentation utilizing basic computer skills.
Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules and timelines for project milestones.
Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
Ensure that all materials meet project specifications and quality standards before use on-site.
Experience
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and quality control processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
