Base Pay Range $100,000 – $130,000 per year.

A Bit About Us Our client, a leading heavy civil contractor, is expanding into Texas and seeking an experienced General or Senior Project Superintendent to help lead a critical site work project. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of establishing new operations in the region and take a leadership role on projects that will set the tone for their new regional office.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily field operations on heavy civil/site work projects

Manage and mentor crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and productivity

Develop and oversee short‑term schedules, coordinate with project management on cost and labor quantities

Enforce jobsite safety standards and company procedures

Maintain strong client and owner relationships through proactive communication

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of experience in heavy civil/site development, ideally including utilities, grading, and paving

Proven leadership as a Superintendent (General or Sr. level) on multi‑million dollar projects

Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple scopes simultaneously

Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills

A hands‑on leader who can help build a presence in the Texas market
