CCI Mechanical, LLC is expanding its workforce and seeks an experienced Pipefitter with a strong background in hydronic piping systems. We provide a stable and growth‑oriented work environment, supporting employee success throughout their career with us.

This position is located in Northwest Florida and will report to our Holt, FL office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Installation: installing hydronic piping systems according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes

Pipe Fitting: selecting and installing appropriate pipe fittings, valves, and controls to regulate fluid flow

System Testing: conducting pressure tests and inspections to verify the integrity of the installed systems

Troubleshooting and Repair: diagnosing issues, developing solutions, and performing repairs on existing systems

Maintenance: performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of hydronic systems

Collaboration: working with other trades and professionals on construction and maintenance projects

Safety: adhering to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Minimum Qualifications

10 years of experience with hydronic piping layout and fabrication

Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics

Ability to diagnose and resolve problems in hydronic systems

Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and other professionals

Preferred Qualifications

HVAC piping experience

Boiler experience

Knowledge of chillers

Additional Qualifying Factors Applicants must pass a pre‑employment drug screening (post‑accepted offer) and meet acceptable background check results. If required for the contract, appropriate clearance levels must be obtained and the ability to access military installations must be demonstrated.

Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co‑workers and clients. Core functions may require bending, stooping, climbing stairs or ladders, walking or standing for prolonged periods, and routine lifting up to 35 pounds. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times.

Working Conditions The job involves office and outdoor site locations, exposure to computer screens, driving, carrying supplies, and varying weather conditions. Workers may encounter fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, and loud noise.
