Salary Range: $48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
Repair and replace defective parts, components, or systems.
Install, commission, and test new machinery and production lines.
Inspect equipment for wear, damage, and adherence to specifications.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during repairs and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Proven experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.
Vocational training or an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Basic welding and fabrication skills.
Proficiency in reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
