Salary Range:
$45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures and system malfunctions.
Repair and replace defective components, parts, and systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide repairs.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company regulations during maintenance activities.
Document all maintenance and repair work performed accurately.
Install and commission new manufacturing equipment as required.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting.
Proficiency with hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems, including motor controls.
Strong understanding and practical application of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Demonstrated commitment to safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Bonus Qualifications
Welding and light fabrication experience
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement principles
Basic PLC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Forklift operation certification
