Salary Range:
$44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on production machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Execute corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
Install, set up, and commission new manufacturing equipment.
Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for repair and maintenance.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures.
Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, motors).
Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience with preventative and corrective maintenance procedures.
Strong adherence to safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Bonus Qualifications
PLC troubleshooting and basic programming experience
Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick)
Experience with CMMS/EAM software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
Robotics or automation system maintenance experience
