Direct Support Professional (DSP) Residential Services of NE MN is hiring part‑time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our adult foster care home in Mora, MN. As a DSP, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives.

Salary: $18.75-$19.25 per hour. Shift: Primarily 3:00 pm‑11:00 pm (may vary with program needs), 14‑18 hours per week, every other weekend required. Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Assist in medication administration, household duties, behavioral management, and personal hygiene.

Coordinate medical care and community activities such as shopping, concerts, meals, movies, fitness, and outdoor recreation.

Develop meaningful relationships and support a person‑centered culture.

Schedule cover for 24/7 support with shifts during the week and every other weekend.

Qualifications

Successfully pass a post‑offer background check.

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check for working days or evenings.

Compassionate, warm‑hearted, and reliable with a passion for caring for others.
