Job Location:
Boulevard Townhome, Springfield, IL.
Duties
Direct other staff members; delegate assignments to assure timely completion of work orders.
Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs.
Perform wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
5–10 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
HVAC & EPA licensed.
Experience in multifamily properties, including HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Committed to exceptional customer service.
Own hand tools and specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
Able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
Available to work overtime and accommodate emergency on‑call schedule.
Background screening and drug test required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (no exceptions).
CPO certifications preferred.
