Maintenance Supervisor – Shreveport, LA
Envolve Community Management LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. Envolve is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to work at two apartment communities in Shreveport, LA: a 100‑unit property and an 84‑unit property. Both properties are side by side and present challenging environments; we need a strong leader to ensure work is completed timely and accurately. The supervisor must be HVAC & EPA Certified and possess strong experience in multifamily properties, including HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, HUD/Tax Credit inspections, and carpentry.
Duties
Direct and manage maintenance staff; delegate assignments to ensure work orders are completed promptly.
Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs, including wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, doors, cabinets, and closets.
Perform or supervise necessary welding, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
HUD/Tax Credit inspection experience preferred.
HVAC & EPA licensed.
Availability for overtime, on‑call emergency schedule, and willingness to move heavy equipment.
Must own hand tools and any specialized HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tools.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Subject to background screening and drug test.
