About the Company A well-established and publicly traded wholesaler in the luxury/CPG space is in search of a Controller to join their stable and well-tenured team. Accounting leaders with an entrepreneurial spirit and who love to build and create will thrive in this environment. Please note the company operates 4-days a week in their NYC office. About the Role This is an ideal role for those who are excited by implementing automation and process enhancements, and helping a business further scale. Working alongside the CFO, you’ll manage global financial accounting, reporting and internal controls and serve as a strategic business partner to the executive leadership team. Ideal Candidate Profile: 15-25 years of total experience; must be coming out of a publicly traded business with prior public accounting/Big 4 experience (bonus points for fashion/wholesale manufacturing/luxury goods experience) Robust financial reporting experience (i.e. producing the 10Ks/10Qs/etc.) Must have a proven track record of improving processes and operational systems Strong managerial/leadership skills – minimum team management size of 8+ Hoxton Circle is an equal opportunity employer.
