Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability in process optimization, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and process simulation tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex manufacturing challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python)
Experience with automation systems (PLCs, SCADA) or industrial IoT technologies
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project leadership experience
