Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping
Manage and train maintenance staff and vendors
Complete service requests and apartment make‑readies
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
Maintain budget and inventory
Provide outstanding service to residents
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
HVAC-certified with EPA card (Type II or Universal)
Bilingual preferred
Strong plumbing and general maintenance skills
Working knowledge of electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
Reliable transportation and basic tools
Ability to work on‑call and in varying weather conditions
