Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of multifamily Maintenance experience
Strong HVAC knowledge with EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
Proficiency in general apartment maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry)
Ability to participate in after-hours/on-call rotation
Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking property grounds and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Key Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance of all buildings, grounds, and amenities
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Complete and supervise service requests and apartment make-readies
Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance calls as needed
Assist with interviewing, training, and supervising maintenance team membersManage maintenance inventory and assist with budget oversight
Coordinate and supervise vendors and contractors
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
Deliver excellent customer service to residents and staff
