Accounts Payable Specialist
to join our client's team in Vernon, CA. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. The position offers an opportunity to transition from contract to permanent employment. Responsibilities
Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for accuracy Prepare and execute weekly check runs and ACH payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies Assist with month‑end closing and reporting Qualifications
