Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Escrow Officer role based in Dearborn, Michigan. The Senior Escrow Officer will manage all aspects of the escrow process, including reviewing and preparing escrow documents, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and facilitating successful property closings. The role requires effective communication with team members and clients, problem-solving to address escrow-related issues, and maintaining accurate records of transactions to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in escrow processes, real estate transaction management, and familiarity with title insurance practices.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve issues and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for escrow and title management.
Knowledge of local real estate and legal regulations in Michigan is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in escrow, title, or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is an advantage.
Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
