Job Summary Our client is a Cape Cod based CPA Firm offering tax, advisory, assurance, and bookkeeping services.

They are seeking a full‑time, permanent bookkeeper based on site, five days a week.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting and has at least three years of accounting experience.

The bookkeeping team handles tasks ranging from basic account reconciliations to complex payroll and full outsourced bookkeeping services. The role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform account reconciliations.

Process payroll for clients.

Provide full outsourced bookkeeping services.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree – Accounting preferred.

3+ years of accounting experience.

Highly organized.

Exceptional communication skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with QuickBooks and other small‑company accounting software.

Experience with payroll software.

Compensation: $52,000 – $55,000.
