Founded in 1986, the company has grown from a small firm to a trusted ally in real estate, managing a portfolio that spans multifamily, single‑family rentals, affordable housing, build‑to‑rent, active adult, and student housing divisions. Role Overview
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease. Generate new leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and complete closing paperwork before move‑in. Assist with lease audits, walk‑through units, and turn‑over process. Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours. Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals. Perform administrative tasks as needed. Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction. Assist in developing resident retention programs (resident functions, special promotions, monthly newsletter, etc.). Assist with marketing outreach and annual marketing plan execution. Review and assist in completing market survey/analysis to generate ideas and formulate plans. Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market survey report. Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness. Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition. Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters and enforce community policies. Education & Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Basic computer skills required; ability to understand and perform all on‑site software functions. Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Physical Requirements
Move about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another; repeat motions including wrists, hands, fingers. Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, step stools; stand or sit for prolonged periods. Move objects up to 25 lbs.; operate machinery, power tools, vehicles, or golf carts; work in various environments including tight spaces, overhead positions, hazardous chemicals, and extreme temperatures. Salary Range
$18 per hour to $20 per hour Benefits
