Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated Audit/Assurance Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our audit team, provide mentorship to junior staff, and deliver exceptional client services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the public sector or not‑for‑profit industries.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple audit engagements to deliver quality audit services to our clients.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff to enhance their professional growth and development.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships through superior client services.
Oversee the planning, execution, and wrap‑up of audit engagements, including risk assessment, audit scoping, devising audit plan, and reviewing audit work papers.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Provide expert insights and recommendations based on audit findings.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of audit/assurance experience in public accounting or relevant industry.
Must hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
Proven experience in leading and managing multiple audit engagements.
In‑depth knowledge and understanding of commercial audit (No NFP or Government needed).
Strong mentorship skills with the ability to develop and guide junior staff.
