Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr – $125,000.00/yr
Job Overview As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you will develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home‑office team and other regional financial advisors. Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
Deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
Create a highly engaging environment of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
Leverage a firm‑provided branch office in the community.
Receive client support to help lighten the load and focus on clients.
Work independently with a team of thousands backing you every step of the way.

Candidate Qualifications
Series 7 and Series 66 required.
Experience in financial services working with clients, with in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services and a track record of success.
State insurance licenses preferred.
Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
