Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Job Overview As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you'll develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home‑office team and other regional financial advisors. You will benefit from over 100 years of history and serve a broad client base.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).

Deeply understand clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to create personalized, comprehensive strategies.

Oversee branch processes and ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience in compliance with firm policies, regulations, and ethical guidelines.

Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve results.

Create a highly engaging environment of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, maintaining registrations and licenses in good standing.

Skills & Requirements

Series 7 and Series 66 required.

Experience in financial services working with clients, with in‑depth knowledge of investment products and a track record of success.

State insurance licenses preferred.

Preferred additional professional designations: CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
