Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a team. This role is integral to the Personal Lines Department, where you will manage a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the seamless handling of client needs. Reporting directly to the Personal Lines Department Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing the client relationships.
Compensation Package
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Benefits:
401(k) with a 50% match of the lowest selected benefits and a 3% match to IRA.
Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks annually.
Work Environment: Currently in-office, with potential for a hybrid work model (2 days work-from-home) under consideration.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming client calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Manage servicing of client accounts, including endorsements and renewals.
Quote new and renewal business (approximately 90% renewals and 10% new business).
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate handling of client needs.
Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience:
Best Candidate: 3+ years of experience in personal lines account management, Epic software experience, and strong customer service skills.
Average Candidate: 2+ years of experience in personal lines account management, P&C license, and customer service experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
