Senior Accountant
to join their team in Atlanta. With active projects across the Southeast, this firm offers exposure to the full real estate lifecycle—from land acquisition to homebuilding. Manage and execute monthly close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations Prepare monthly financial statements and internal reports Maintain general ledger accuracy across multiple entities and development projects Coordinate and prepare packages for external stakeholders Assist with year-end audits and tax filings in collaboration with external partners Support financial modeling, budget-to-actual comparisons, and ad‑hoc analysis Contribute to the development and improvement of internal accounting policies and procedures Partner cross‑functionally on initiatives related to acquisitions, development, and operations Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 1–2 years of experience in a Big 4 or large national public accounting firm Ideal for candidates with public accounting as their primary professional experience post‑graduation CPA license (or actively pursuing) Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis tools) Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong interpersonal communication and team collaboration abilities Experience in real estate, construction, or development is a plus What’s Offered:
