Base Salary – $130,000 – $165,000

Position Overview This position is responsible for developing New Business from New Prospects and commercial bankers to increase Sales revenue for Bank.
Primary Responsibilities
Work with commercial bankers, commercial clients and prospects identifying equipment finance transactions.
Promote equipment finance capabilities within the bank customer and prospect base with a focus on new business origination.
Meet with lessees on equipment acquisitions and close leases and equipment finance.
Develop prospects and expand commercial client and end‑user volume in a designated geography.
Attend Bank cross‑functional meetings to develop opportunities with Regional Managers’ bank clients.
Monitor competitive landscape and keep bank RM’s informed of market conditions.
Qualifications
5 years’ work experience in a similar role.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Thorough knowledge of equipment finance pricing and structuring, including true lease product.
Experience servicing current commercial bank clients financing needs for capital equipment purchases.
