Make a difference - for us and for your future.****Position Title:** Commercial Bank Leasing Specialist**Business Unit:** BCSI**Reports to:** Equipment Finance Commercial Segment Sales Manager**Position Overview:**This position is primarily responsible for developing business from new prospects and interacts with existing customers and commercial bankers to increase sales revenue for Bank Capital Services (BCSI) and the corporation.**Primary Responsibilities:**Work with commercial bankers, commercial clients and prospects identifying equipment finance transactions. Promotes equipment finance capabilities within the bank customer and prospect base with a focus on new business origination. Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of equipment finance pricing and structuring documentation including the true lease product.Services current commercial bank clients financing needs for capital equipment purchases. Meets with lessees on equipment acquisitions and closes leases and equipment finance.Develops prospects and expands commercial client and end user volume in a designated geography. Attends Bank cross functional meetings to develop opportunities with Regional Managers' bank clients. Monitors competitive landscape and keep bank RM's informed of market conditions.Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B.
