Accounts Receivable Specialist

Expanding Charlotte corporate office is adding an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their accounting and finance team. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating assigned corporate accounts to achieve targeted financial goals. Great opportunity for advancement. Fully remote after on‑site training. Starting hourly wage is $23.

Responsibilities

Monitors customer payment portals and update daily

Research missing or disputed invoices

Communicate with commercial accounts regarding delinquencies, short payments or disputed amounts

Analyze aging reports to identify potential risks

Prepared reports to review with management on account status

Develop strategies and collection methods with corporate accounts to negotiate payment plans for settlement

Skills Required

SAP experience preferred

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Analytical skills
