We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of accounting experience, with a preference for candidates holding a CPA certification (though it is not required). Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliations. Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Coordinate and support external audits and tax filings. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and company policies. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions. Monitor accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to provide financial insights. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and compliance. CPA certification preferred but not required. In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
