contract-to-hire Human Resources Specialist
to join their growing team. Our client offers a hybrid work schedule and an hourly rate in the $35-$40 range depending on experience. Responsibilities include: Provide day-to-day support across HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining accurate employee records. Coordinate and manage scheduling needs for interviews, new-hire activities, and internal HR meetings. Assist with administering HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Prepare and process HR documents, reports, and data requests with attention to detail and confidentiality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee experience initiatives and overall HR operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 1 year of HR experience.
