Salary Range:
$55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles.
Provide employee relations support, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations.
Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application across the plant.
Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation, with a focus on plant safety and culture.
Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans.
Coordinate and track employee training programs, particularly safety and skills development.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Generalist within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws, HR best practices, and manufacturing-specific regulations (e.g., OSHA).
Demonstrated ability in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment, particularly for skilled trades and production roles.
Strong understanding of compensation, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
Bonus Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
Experience supporting lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated involvement in safety program management or specific OSHA compliance for manufacturing.
Familiarity with labor relations in a production or industrial setting.
