About the Job:
Develop HR strategies, goals, and systems aligned with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with leadership and managers across the organization to handle employee relations, performance, and engagement initiatives.
Lead performance management processes, organizational design efforts, and employee relations activities.
Support full lifecycle recruitment through onboarding and orientation.
Utilize training and development experience to create new programs and opportunities for employee growth.
Contribute to benefits administration and maintaining updates employee selections.
Support payroll through overseeing execution and serving as an HR point-of-contact for the Payroll team.
Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
About You:
8+ years of progressive and broad Human Resources experience supporting multiple functions.
A bachelor's degree is required; PHR or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a strong knowledge of applicable labor laws.
Experience within Workday or a similar HRIS.
About the Position:
$85K-$100K, depending on experience.
Hybrid schedule of 4 days/week onsite in Arlington, VA!
