We Are Legal Revolution provides a pay range of $100,000 - $200,000 per year. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

The Work
90% wage and hour class actions, 10% individual FEHA/retaliation matters.
Drafting complaints, mediation briefs, and settlement agreements.
Leading depositions and court appearances.
Supporting strategy and client advocacy from start to finish.
Compensation & Benefits Salary: up to $200,000 DOE.
Performance Bonus: discretionary year‑end bonuses + annual raises.
Origination Bonus: 12.5% of attorneys’ fees for cases you originate (7.5% with referrals).
401(k) with 3% firm contribution.
Health (PPO & HMO), dental, and vision plans with generous employer coverage.
