Responsibilities
Develop and implement a robust recruitment strategy to meet the hiring needs of our rapidly growing engineering firm. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and background verifications. Lead onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into our company. Develop, manage, and update HR policies in line with company objectives and legal requirements. Foster positive employee relations and work to solve any employee issues that surface or are brought to your attention. Oversee performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions. Implement effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Manage talent within the company to ensure retention and growth. Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements. Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the construction or engineering industry. Proven experience in recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. Familiarity with HR policies and procedures in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficient in using HR software and databases. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
