Job Description

Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facility

Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies

Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent

Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business

Maintain customer payment status and make reminder/collection calls when required

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds

Walk around the facility for up to 50% of the shift, including climbing stairs and opening large doors, often outdoors

Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal

Qualifications Experience: Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service–centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.

Transportation Employees are required to have a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle to travel between locations and/or perform other work‑related tasks. Mileage reimbursement is available.
