Job Description
Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
Help customers remain current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
Walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds, curb appeal, and debris removal.
Qualifications Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between work locations; mileage reimbursement available.
