We are expanding our Los Angeles aviation team and seeking an experienced
Contract Administrator
to support one of the most complex and high‑profile airport development programs in the nation. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments and has a strong command of contract administration for large‑scale construction programs.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support procurement planning, pre‑award schedules, and Board action coordination
Prepare RFP/RFB addenda, award recommendations, Board reports, and contractual correspondence
Monitor contract compliance, resolve contractor/owner issues, and support standardization efforts
Review contractor invoices and support contract closeout activities
Manage change processes: prepare Change Documents, Task Orders, and Change Orders
Track signatures, maintain change logs, and produce daily/weekly/monthly status reports
Collaborate with scheduling teams to assess time impacts
Support trend analysis and change management programs
Contribute to the success of Airport Development Program through strong communication and stakeholder engagement
What You Bring
5 to 15+ years of experience administering commercial or government contracts
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Proven accuracy, reliability, and ability to deliver timely results
Experience with SBE/DBE/MWBE programs (preferred)
Familiarity with GMP, CMAR, Design‑Build, and MATOC environments (preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and construction management systems (PMWeb, Primavera, etc.)
A proactive, self‑starter mindset with the ability to work across diverse technical teams
Compensation Salary Range:
$110,000 – $150,000 (varies based on experience, project complexity, and airport program requirements)
