Responsibilities Great customer service skills. The e-Commerce Associate will work in all areas of the e-Commerce department and must be able to work both independently as well as within a team environment. The e-Commerce Associate will perform various tasks to prepare and list items online and fulfill orders.
Required Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. E-bay, Amazon or any other online marketplace experience preferred.
Required Skills
Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs
Ability to research information online through multiple websites
Type at least 40 words per minute
Communicate effectively, both written and verbally
Listen to and follow instructions
Basic math skills
Physical ability: bend, stoop, reach, twist; lift, push, pull and move items up to 40 pounds; stand for long periods; occasionally work outdoors where temperatures and climate can fluctuate
