Purchasing Systems Specialist, Hybrid, Baptist Southbank

Purchasing Systems Specialist, Hybrid, Baptist Southbank Baptist Health is seeking a Full-time Purchasing Systems Specialist to join our Strategic Sourcing department at our Baptist Southbank location. This position has a Hybrid work schedule of four days in office and one day remote.

Purchasing Systems Specialist Responsibilities:

Activities relating to the operations of the purchasing department

Entering, filtering, sorting, and maintaining purchasing department data in Excel

Creating reports required to support business models

Education Required: High School Diploma/GED

Education Preferred: Associate's Degree

Experience:

1 year Data Entry/Clerical work within an ERP Software Required

1-2 years Data Entry experience preferred

EDI experience preferred
