Job Summary The role supports fundamental broker‑dealer activities by performing both client‑facing tasks and back‑office operational duties, with a focus on accurate and timely data entry, account maintenance, compliance, and exceptional customer service in an investment client environment.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain accurate transaction records and account data.
Process new account applications and ensure regulatory compliance.
Provide support for client requests such as account maintenance, website navigation, asset transfers, and correspondence.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.
Act as a resource during client transitions to ensure a smooth experience.
Basic Qualifications
High‑school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant experience in a contact‑center environment.
