Customer Service Representative – Contract

Location: Saint Paul, MN 55107

Contract Duration: 4+ months with potential extension

Pay: $22.00‑25.00/hr on W2

Job Summary

The role supports fundamental broker‑dealer activities by performing both client‑facing tasks and back‑office operational duties, with a focus on accurate and timely data entry, account maintenance, compliance, and exceptional customer service in an investment client environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate transaction records and account data.
• Process new account applications and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide support for client requests such as account maintenance, website navigation, asset transfers, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.
• Act as a resource during client transitions to ensure a smooth experience.

Basic Qualifications

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in a contact‑center environment.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
