Join us in the overnight shift at Flynn Taco Bell, a leading franchise of the Taco Bell brand. The role focuses on team leadership, ensuring smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards.
Base Pay Range $16.00 per hour – $17.50 per hour

Description As Overnight Shift Lead, you support the Assistant and General Manager by running independent shifts, embodying the "Live Mas" spirit, proactively solving problems, and guiding your team to success.
Responsibilities
Run shifts efficiently, upholding Taco Bell’s standards.
Tackle problems proactively and seek assistance when needed.
Mentor and lead team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure a customer experience that leaves all guests satisfied.
Available to work the closing shift, typically ending between 3:00 am and 5:00 am.
