What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Act as the liaison between business users, leadership, and developers to facilitate technology solutions

Collect feedback from key stakeholders and advocate for their needs

Define requirements for web applications, analytics dashboards, and data integrationsAssist in project management and maintain agile processes through grooming sessions and daily standups

Respond to user inquiries regarding system configurations and user issues in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):

College degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 years of Business Analysis or similar experience

Experience using Azure Dev Ops or similar project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SDLCs

Experience working on a technical team of software developers or data engineers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Formal certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management

Experience with Gherkin syntax

Background in a startup or fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience with system testing and software quality assurance best practices

Experience engaging with business leaders
