What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage day-to-day execution of assigned projects/tasks to drive key business initiatives

Define repeatable and scalable processes to support program operations and operational improvements

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to document key decisions, processes, risks, and other critical data

Create compelling presentations that summarize key insights and align stakeholders

Ensure timelines and key deliverables are met while managing risks and issues

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree required

Proven track record of managing large-scale projects or programs

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar position

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

MBA, MHA, MPH, or PMP certification preferred

Certified in project management disciplines like PMP or ITIL

Experience with Google Suite applications, JIRA, Salesforce, Tableau, and Monday.com

Willingness to travel as needed to the employer's headquarters or markets
