Quality Assurance Manager
for our client in
Jacksonville, FL !

Our client has partnered exclusively with us to find a QA Manager to lead food safety, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and overall quality programs within a high-volume food manufacturing operation. This individual will play a key role in ensuring product integrity, customer satisfaction, and audit readiness across the facility.
Compensation Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Additional compensation: Annual Bonus

Reports to: QA Director
Facility Head Count:
Production Schedule: Monday‑Friday
Regulatory: FDA, USDA, SQF, HACCP

Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of QA within plant
Training and development of employees
Coordinate and execute cross‑functional initiatives and projects within company
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equal experience
3+ years quality assurance management experience within food/beverage manufacturing
Must have experience with SQF or BRC
Must have experience with FDA & USDA
