Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead food safety and quality programs in our manufacturing facility. This role oversees QA/QC teams, ensures compliance with FDA, USDA, HACCP, and GFSI standards, and drives continuous improvement across operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead quality and food safety initiatives, audits, and certifications
Manage QA/QC staff and foster a culture of compliance and excellence
Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Serve as customer and supplier quality liaison
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years in food manufacturing quality, including leadership experience
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and GFSI standards (SQF/BRC)
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
