Shop Foreman – Toledo, OH
E‑Tank, Ltd. (& E‑Pump) is offering a full‑time Shop Foreman position at the Toledo branch. The Shop Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the equipment maintenance team, including inspection, cleaning, and repair of various equipment such as Pumps, Filtration, and container units, storage tanks, tarp tops, hard tops, vacuum boxes, dewatering boxes, spill containments, and related systems. This role ensures that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and regulations. The Shop Foreman provides direct leadership, training, and mentorship to Pump/Cleaners/Processors I, II, and III while creating a positive team culture and driving continuous operational improvement.

Responsibilities
Supervise to coordinate the daily activities of Pump/Cleaners/Processors I, II, and III.
Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to support technical skill development and career growth.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Create a team‑oriented culture that aligns with company values and encourages employee retention.
Ensure thorough inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of all assigned equipment, including Pump/Filtration, Frac containers, tanks, tarp/hard tops, spill containments, and vacuum/dewatering boxes.
Review and approve repair or replacement requests to ensure cost‑effective and timely solutions.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of inspections, repairs, and compliance checks.
Collaborate with Operations and Quality Control to standardize procedures and improve efficiency across locations.
Enforce adherence to OSHA standards, company safety policies, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Ensure proper use of PPE, tools, and machinery to maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate field operations, including deliveries, pickups, installations, and repairs.
Monitor workloads and assign tasks to maximize productivity and reduce downtime.
Partner with the Operations Manager to improve workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Oversee the proper use and maintenance of tools, vehicles, yard trucks, and trailers, pumps, filtration units, hoses.
Manage inventory of repair parts, cleaning supplies, and maintenance materials.
Desired Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, industrial cleaning, or a related field.
Valid Driver’s license along with a Clean MVR.
Pass a Respirator fit test.
Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
Minimum Completion of required training: Communication Training, Conducting Meetings, and Time Management along with Six Sigma Yellow Belt, CSE training, OSHA 10.
Strong understanding of safety regulations, operational procedures (of all positions), and maintenance best practices.
Ability to lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.
Skilled in operating yard trucks and trailers.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
