Base Pay Range
$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining smooth communication between warehouse operations, transportation partners, and internal departments. This role supports efficient material flow, on‑time shipments, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Work closely with warehouse, production, and planning teams to ensure timely material movement.
Monitor loading/unloading activities to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance with procedures.
Support shipping activities as required by production schedules.
Maintain accurate records in ERP/WMS systems for inventory transactions, shipment status, and receiving logs.
Ensure all documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above in Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fields.
3-5+ years of logistics experience.
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem‑solving ability.
Fluent English & Chinese in written/verbal (required for international logistics reconciliation).
